Nathan Hagler is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department, the Co-Chair of Global Tech M&A, the Business Law Office Leader in San Francisco, and a member of its Technology group and M+A/Corporate Governance practice. Nathan is also a member of the firm’s PropTech Initiative, which highlights the firm’s combined expertise in real estate and technology.

Nathan has extensive transactional experience, primarily focusing on advising private and public companies and investors on M&A transactions. He also represents clients throughout the entire corporate life cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, and venture capital financings. His representation of clients spans a number of industries, including technology, internet, digital media, industrial products, consumer products, apparel, telecommunications, biotechnology, and e-commerce. Nathan joined Goodwin in 2015.
