Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Huang was a litigation associate at Fox Rothschild LLP in San Francisco, and also previously a Legal Research Attorney to the Honorable Curtis E.A. Karnow in the Complex Litigation Department at the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco.
During law school, Ms. Huang was a judicial extern for Justice Goodwin Liu, California Supreme Court, and Judge William H. Orrick III, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California; a law clerk for the Tort and Condemnation Section of the California Department of Justice in San Francisco; a legislative researcher at the Office of National Drug Control Policy in Washington, D.C.; and a two-time law student delegate to Haiti with the Hastings-to-Haiti Partnership, a collaboration between UC Hastings College of the Law and the École Supérieure Catholique de Droit de Jérémie.
Ms. Huang sits on the Board of Directors of the legal non-profit Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach (APILO) and is Chair of its Personnel Committee. She is also a member of the Professional Network for Human Rights, the volunteer arm of the Center for Justice and Accountability.
