Dylan Lonergan

Dylan Lonergan is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Industry group and an associate in the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice. He joined Goodwin in 2019.

Dylan’s recent experience includes representing a nationally recognized real estate investment and advisory firm in conducting a UCC foreclosure in connection with its mezzanine loan relating to underlying real estate located in New York.

While attending law school, Dylan worked at an affordable housing developer and as a researcher at NYU’s Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy. He also served as a staff editor of the Annual Survey of American Law.

Prior to attending law school, Dylan worked as the Chief Operating Officer of a university services company and worked in the education department of a New York City foster care agency.
