Kvehl McDermott

Kvehl McDermott is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group and a member of the Private Investment Funds practice. Kvehl advises and represents clients on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds. Kvehl focuses her practice on the formation, structuring and ongoing management of private investment funds, with an emphasis on the representation of managers and their private equity funds, venture capital funds, secondary funds, real estate funds, credit funds and other private investment funds.

Kvehl advises clients on both their formation and fundraising activities, as well as their ongoing operational affairs. She advises a range of clients from some of the most well-known multi-billion dollar global investment firms to much smaller firms forming early-stage venture capital funds.

Kvehl is a member of the Boston Bar Association.

While attending law school, Kvehl worked as a corporate summer associate at Goodwin. Representative experience includes advising:

• TA Associates, a global private equity firm, in the formation of multi-billion dollar growth private equity funds
• Charlesbank, a private equity firm with a middle-market focus, in the formation of multi-billion dollar private equity funds
• High Street Logistics Properties LLC (“High Street”), a real estate sponsor, on the final closing of High Street Real Estate Fund VI, L.P. with total commitments at its hard cap of $500 million
