Folko is a senior associate in the firm’s Private Equity group in the Debt Finance practice. He serves on the firmwide Committee of Business Law Associates (COBLA).
Folko focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance. He represents banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on different types of financings.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2022, Folko was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP. He started his career in the Banking & Finance practice group of Latham & Watkins LLP.
Folko is fluent in German and English.
