Janis Nici is a Senior Trademark Paralegal. Ms. Nici has more than 20 years of experience as a paralegal, all of which were concentrated in the area of intellectual property, primarily in trademark prosecution. Ms. Nici is responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the Firm’s trademark portfolio, including registering trademarks in the United States, interacting with the Firm’s clients and global trademark counsel, conducting trademark clearance and registration, prosecution, oppositions and other advanced aspects of trademark practice, both in the US and globally.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Nici was a Senior Paralegal at Milbank, Hadley, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
