Trey O’Callaghan is a senior associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. Trey focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and representing start-up and later-stage companies throughout their corporate life cycle. Trey also represents venture capital funds, private equity funds, and public companies in a variety of technology-driven industries.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Trey was an associate at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. While attending law school, Trey served as a law clerk for the Honorable AJit Pai, a Member of the Federal Communications Commission. Trey has been involved in various pro bono matters, including working with clients of the Georgia Justice Project.
