Dennis P. O'Reilly

Dennis O’Reilly is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity group and a member of its Technology and Private Market Liquidity practices. Dennis represents clients in a broad variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth equity financings, corporate governance, direct secondary transactions and private tender offers, joint ventures and general business counseling. He has represented clients in various industries, including artificial intelligence, technology, finance, retail, manufacturing, insurance, communications, education, energy and healthcare.
