Ari M Pozez

Ari Pozez is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of the Technology and Life Sciences groups. Mr. Pozez concentrates his practice on corporate, securities and M&A law, with an emphasis on advising emerging companies and their venture capital and private equity investors. 

Mr. Pozez routinely represents entrepreneurs and emerging companies as their outside general counsel on a variety of matters, from entity formation and corporate governance to financings and M&A exit events; he also guides venture capital and private equity funds in new ventures and fund formation. In addition, Mr. Pozez assists larger public and private companies in M&A transactions and securities offerings.
