During law school, Mr. Rosales was a law clerk in the Orange County District Attorney’s office and an associate for the Legal Information Institute’s Supreme Court Bulletin. He also won Best Seller’s Counsel at Cornell’s 2016 Transactional Lawyering Competition.
Ben Rosales is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology and Life Sciences group. Mr. Rosales specializes in all areas of corporate and securities laws, with a primary focus on emerging growth companies. He joined Goodwin in 2019.
Mr. Rosales’ practice focuses on advising emerging growth companies at every stage of their corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Rosales also maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising asylum claimants and DACA recipients, and has been recognized for his volunteer work as a recipient of the Wiley M. Manuel Certificate for pro bono legal service.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Rosales was an associate in the San Diego office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
