Niresh Sri Rajkumar is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Investment Funds and Real Estate Industry groups, having joined the firm in August 2021.
Mr. Sri Rajkumar’s practice focuses on representing investment managers on the structuring, fundraising and ongoing operation of onshore and offshore funds, with a particular focus on real estate, infrastructure and private equity asset classes. Niresh advises both experienced and first-time managers, and has advised a number of institutional investors on investments into these structures.
