Justin Stein is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of the Technology and Life Sciences groups. Justin’s practice focuses on advising emerging companies across a spectrum of industries throughout all stages of the company life cycle, including in connection with venture capital and other financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial transactions and general corporate matters. Justin also represents venture capital firms and strategic investors in connection with investments in emerging companies.
