Bradley Stewart is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of the Executive Compensation and ERISA practice. Bradley advises both public and private clients across several industries on executive compensation, employee benefits, securities, tax and corporate governance matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. In addition, he advises employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance, change in control, deferred compensation, equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements.

Bradley joined Goodwin in 2021.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Bradley was a compliance researcher at AU Card where he worked on compliance with privacy regulations.

During law school Bradley had experiences in government at the U.S. Department of Energy General Counsel’s Office and at the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, in academia as a research assistant, and in private practice at LeClair Ryan.
