The Technology M&A team advised Software Applications Incorporated on its sale to OpenAI. Software Applications is the developer of Sky, a natural language interface for macOS that enables users to interact with AI in context-aware and task-oriented ways across everyday desktop workflows. As part of the acquisition, the Sky team will join OpenAI and its technology will be integrated into ChatGPT.
