Anne Stroude

Anne Stroude is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. Anne advises on a range of private equity transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private capital investments, and management equity plans. Anne has experience across a variety of industries, including software, technology, healthcare, insurance, and infrastructure.

• TA Associates together with Warburg Pincus on their investment in Epassi, a leading digital payments provider for employee benefits
• TA Associates together with Warburg Pincus, alongside the Epassi Group, on their agreement to acquire the Exercite Group, a leading B2B fitness platform providing employee health and fitness benefit solutions to corporate customers
• Forterro, a portfolio company of Partners Group
  • on its bolt-on acquisition of Proffix Software, a Swiss software provider offering integrated ERP solutions to multiple sectors
