Jason Yeoun is an associate in Goodwin’s Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing practice and a member of the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences group. He started at the firm in 2021. Mr. Yeoun concentrates his legal practice on a range of technology, intellectual property and commercialization matters, including licensing, joint development and other commercial agreements, and intellectual property support for mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and public offerings.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Yeoun was an associate at Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, where he advised clients on a wide range of clients on intellectual property and information security matters. He was also previously at IBM.
