This CLE workshop will bring together experienced practitioners, FDA representatives, industry experts and in-house lawyers to discuss the most recent regulatory and litigation developments in the food and supplements area. Speakers will discuss the practical implications of enforcement under the Food Safety Modernization Act, preparing and crossing expert witnesses in food cases, the latest legislation, labeling and litigation surrounding “GMOs,” and the ethics of internal investigations.
