4th Annual Conference Managing Law Firm Pricing, Profitability, and Compensation

This invitation-only conference will examine the last several years of firms trying to implement new ways to price their services, as there are new frameworks emerging for law firms to determine opportunities for better profitability. Topics that will be covered include: lessons from outside of the legal industry; how data analytics and a Chief Pricing Officer can improve your bottom line; and alternative frameworks that can reduce uncertainty and gain additional margin. Also, a special feature: two former Corporate COOs will speak on how to price & present to clients the business case on fees. Regina Pisa, Chairman Emeritus, will serve as faculty for this program.
