Summary
Michael Litchman will be speaking at this MCLE seminar on a variety of lease issues, helping practitioners identify traps for the unwary in every lease, regardless of size (such as option rights, subordination and SNDAs, and assignment and subletting provisions), and will discuss issues peculiar to specific lease situations(such as non-traditional uses, various construction issues, complex and interrelated leases,and beer, dogs, and other millennial requirements).
