ABA Business Law Section Webinar: Blockchain Technology + Initial Coin Offerings

The Banking Law Committee of the ABA's Business Law Section presented a webinar titled "Blockchain Technology and Initial Coin Offerings." The program offers insights into the current state of the blockchain industry, with a focus on regulatory issues concerning initial coin offerings (ICOs). The presentation will highlight recent SEC guidance concerning how the securities laws may impact token sales as well as other key regulatory issues including financial regulations, export controls, commodities, and international compliance considerations. 

The program featured Goodwin partner Bill Stern, as moderator, and Partners Mike Whalen and Meghan Spillane as speakers.
