Goodwin Procter recently advised LiveRail on its announced sale to Facebook. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

LiveRail is the world’s largest programmatic platform for video publishers with over 7 billion impressions delivered monthly via the company’s platform. The company’s mission is to provide publishers with the technology to sell their video inventory smarter and safer across all devices. LiveRail, founded in 2007, employs 170 people and has offices in San Francisco, New York City, London, Paris and Romania.
