Goodwin’s Glynn Barwick Comments on European Fund Management Legislation

Glynn Barwick, counsel in Goodwin’s London office and a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group and Private Investment Funds Practice, recently commented on the widespread implications of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIMFD) for both European managers managing funds and non-European managers marketing funds to EU investors.
