Goodwin Procter, a leading Am Law 50 and Global 50 law firm, announced today that Natascha George has joined the firm as a partner in its ERISA & Executive Compensation Practice in Boston. George comes to Goodwin from Bingham McCutchen, where she was a partner in that firm’s Boston office.
George’s practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits law. She advises clients on executive employment and consulting arrangements, severance obligations, and equity and equity-based compensation plans, both in the ordinary course and in the context of mergers, acquisitions and other business restructurings, initial public offerings, and bankruptcy proceedings. George works with clients ranging from multinational public companies to closely held businesses in the design, implementation, maintenance and termination of executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements.
George has been recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers USA (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation) from 2007-2014, as well as by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
