Goodwin Procter attorneys advised private equity firm TA Associates in connection with an approximately $500 million combined investment from TA and Argan (Mauritius) in Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (ACT). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Additional terms were not disclosed.
