Goodwin Advised the Sellers and Cerbair’s Management in Connection With Its Acquisition by Latour Capital

The Goodwin Paris team advised the selling shareholders, including French deeptech studio Technofounders, as well as CERBAIR’s management team, in relation to the acquisition of the company by Latour Capital and the reinvestment of the management team alongside the new shareholder.

The transaction was carried out by Latour Capital through the Emergence Défense fund and the Fonds Innovation Défense (managed by Bpifrance), marking a significant milestone in CERBAIR’s ambition to become a global leader in Anti-Drone Warfare (ADW) within the next five years.

Founded in 2014, Technofounders supports the creation, financing, and acceleration of innovative industrial startups. Through its team of experts and specialized partners, it supports deeptech projects from inception through to growth.

Founded in 2011, Latour Capital is an independent management company with an entrepreneurial culture, managing nearly €5 billion in assets and investing in high-growth potential companies across Europe.

The Goodwin team included Xavier Leroux, William Ducrocq-Ferré, and Eléa Poirée on corporate matters, as well as Marie-Laure Bruneel and Paul Fournière on tax matters.
