LLC as lead book-running managers in trivago’s initial public offering of 30, 026, 635 American depositary shares, raising approximately $330 million. A global hotel search platform, trivago shares priced at $11.00 per share and began trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on December 16, 2016 under the symbol “TRVG.” The offering closed on December 21, 2016.
