SingleHop to Be Acquired by INAP for $132 Million

The Technology team advised SingleHop in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Internap Corporation (INAP) for $132 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close before the end of the first quarter 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.

SingleHop is a recognized leader in the managed hosting and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) business segment, offering highly automated and on-demand IT infrastructure.
