York Capital Management's Cennox Acquires Lincsafe, Merlin, Cashtester and Secusystems

The Private Equity team advised York Capital Management in an acquisition through its portfolio company, Cennox, of a group of Dutch-based companies including Lincsafe, Merlin, Cashtester and Secusystems, showcasing Goodwin’s capabilities on both sides of the Atlantic.

York Capital Management is an asset manager, investing in public equity and fixed income markets across the globe. York Private Equity is its private investing arm, which primarily targets control investments in middle-market businesses and companies at inflection points that can benefit from its resources and experience.

Cennox is a global service implementation specialist, delivering complex technology, security and facility change programs for major financial, commercial, and retail clients. Cennox serves over 3,000 customers across multiple sectors and manages 400,000+ cash automation machines, safes, kiosks, and EV charging stations globally.

Lincsafe is engaged in the supply, production and service of a wide range of cash automation equipment and solutions across Europe and the UK. Lincsafe provides services in a number of sectors such as banking, retail, government, gaming, transport and others.
