The Technology team advised WIND Ventures (Copec Overseas SpA) in its investment in Yummy.
In addition to WIND Ventures, the round was led by Anthos Capital, with the participation of JAM Fund, SOMA Capital and Ethos Capital. The new investment gives Yummy a total of $69 million in funding to date.
Based in San Francisco, WIND Ventures is the strategic venture capital arm of Copec, one of the leading energy companies in Central and South America.
Yummy is an app that provides delivery and ridesharing services across Venezuela and other Latin American countries.
The Goodwin team was led by Andrew Sparks, Christopher Garcia and Andre Coronado (Corporate).
