Goodwin has bolstered its London offering with the hire of a funds partner, according to Law.com International. Jacqueline Eaves will join Goodwin's Private Equity and Private Investment Funds practices. Eaves specialises in investment funds, advising on transactions in the secondary market, such as transitional portfolio sales, structured secondaries, direct co-investments and GP-led restructurings. “Clients have continued to turn to our robust secondaries practice for cutting-edge advice on transactions in the secondary market, including portfolio sales, structured secondaries, continuation funds and GP-led transactions,” said Richard Lever, London-based partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity practice. “Bringing onboard someone with Jacqui’s expertise and pedigree in this space will be of immediate benefit to these clients."
