Goodwin Welcomes Financial Restructuring Partner Debora Hoehne in New York

Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Debora Hoehne joined the firm’s Financial Restructuring group as a partner, resident in the New York office.

Hoehne focuses her practice on the representation of debtors, creditors, lenders, equity interest holders and acquirers of assets in all aspects of distressed and insolvency situations, both in and out of court. She has experience handling a wide variety of matters, including a broad range of transactional and litigation matters across a variety of industries, such as airlines, financial services, insurance, retail, oil & gas services, manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications, power generation and professional services.
