The Paris Private Equity team advised European Digital Group, Montefiore Investment and Adventure Conseil Group on the acquisition of Car Data, a provider of performance-based customer acquisition solutions for all business sectors, by Adventure Conseil Group.
Held by European Digital Group and Montefiore Investment, Adventure Conseil Group provides acquisition emailing and digital marketing services and is recognized for its ROI approach and its quality of service both in the qualification of leads and in the collection of email addresses (GDPR compliant). Goodwin has also advised European Digital Group on its acquisition of Adventure Conseil Group in 2022.
