Adrien Paturaud is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity Group.

He focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance, representing banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on different types of bank and bond financings.

Adrien has also developed an expertise in equity bridge financings, representing both investment funds and banks.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Adrien practiced at Shearman & Sterling and Linklaters.

Experience

Adrien’s recent transactions include advising:

  • Ardian in the refinancing of the existing financial indebtedness of Herez Signature, a wealth management consulting firm.
  • A global investment management firm, Arcmont and Five Arrows in the financing of the acquisition by Latour Capital of the holding company of Pharmacie Lafayette (Hygie31), a major player in the health and wellness sector.
  • A global asset management firm and Artemid in the refinancing of the debt of Sewan, one of France’s leading players in information and communication technologies on the B2B market.
  • Capza:
    • in the financing of the MBO of Efor, a provider of consultation services intended for relating to the quality and regulatory functions in the healthcare sector.
    • in the unitranche financing of the acquisition by private equity group Carlyle of a majority stake in the Lacour Group, a French software provider for the automotive after-sales value chain.
  • Capza and a global investment management firm in the financing of the acquisition of Nowak, the European leader in lost wax casting, an industrial process allowing the production of precision parts in steel and stainless steel for industrial markets and the medical sector, by the Marle group.
  • Groupe Gorgé, an industrial group specializing in high-technology and imbued with a strong entrepreneurial culture, in the financing aspects of the acquisition of iXblue, a leading global provider of innovative solutions for navigation, photonics, and maritime autonomy for both civil and defense applications.
  • LGT Private Debt in the unitranche financing of the acquisition of the Recocash Group, a major player in amicable and legal debt collection, by FinServ S.A.S., a special purpose vehicle incorporated by the Group’s existing shareholders and controlled by Qualium Investissement.
  • Parquest in the financing of the acquisition of a stake in Imaneo, a group specialized in radiology.
  • RCF lenders in the financing of the acquisition of the Unither group, a European pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization, by a consortium of new and existing investors comprised of IK Partners, Keensight Capital, Parquest Capital and GIC.
  • Sagard in the financing of the acquisition of Synov, a leading European player in the design and manufacturing of tailor-made electronic systems.
  • Tikehau Investment Management in the unitranche financing of the acquisition of the Safety System group, a European leader in manufacturing and marketing driver assistance systems, by Safety Systems Topco.
  • Vulcain Ingénierie, a French leader in engineering consultancy specialized in energy and health, and its management in the financing of its LBO.
