Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has named partner Christina Lewis to its 2023 list of Go To Lawyers for Employment. This award honors exceptional employment lawyers who are leading in their field throughout the state of Massachusetts.
Lewis was recognized for being an experienced employment litigator with a track record of success, having managed dozens of significant cases involving some of the most difficult issues facing employers today.
A Boston-based partner, Lewis represents employers in all facets of their relationships with employees and across a range of industries. She helps clients negotiate and draft employment agreements, employment policies, affirmative action plans, and separation agreements. She also advises on employment issues including employee discipline, leaves of absences, terminations, internal investigations, wage-and-hour compliance, privacy issues, and reductions-in-force. In addition, Lewis routinely litigates employment cases in state and federal courts. She conducts seminars and training programs on a variety of employment topics, including discrimination prevention, and she is a certified trainer in both fair employment practices and sexual harassment prevention by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).
In addition to her practice, Lewis serves on Law360’s Employment Authority Discrimination Advisory Board, and she has served on the board of directors and executive committee of the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston.
