She has achieved successful outcomes for clients in courts and arbitrations in matters involving employee mobility, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations, and represents companies before the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other agencies charged with enforcing labor and employment law.
