The London Private Equity team has advised TowerBrook Capital Partners (“TowerBrook”) on its acquisition of a stake in Envevo, a UK-based provider of EV design and installation engineering services. The investment was made as part of TowerBrook’s impact strategy, which targets growing sectors where purpose-driven businesses can deliver meaningful positive impact for communities and society, and closely follows TowerBrook’s acquisition of a stake in TXO, also led by Goodwin.

Envevo is a business-to-business engineering services provider focused on designing and installing EV chargers, whose capabilities cover the full project lifecycle, from conception and design to construction and project management. Envevo provides turnkey engineering solutions for electrical vehicle connection points across the UK and supports the adoption of electric vehicles and a greater consumption of renewable energy.
