Roberts specializes in representing private equity sponsors and private companies in leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures. She has extensive experience with cross-border transactions, complex carve-outs, and representing senior executives in corporate transactions as well as undertaking corporate and commercial advisory work for a broad range of corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies.
