The German team represented Beyond Capital Partners Fund III, advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH ("Beyond Capital Partners"), on the acquisition of ECD International Holding GmbH (“ECD International”). Beyond Capital Partners acquired the majority shareholding in ECD International, while the founders, Mr Alexander Osterwald and Mr Jörn Pfotenhauer, remain minority shareholders.
ECD International is a leading marketing and branding agency for premium brands providing its high-end brand customers with tailor-made services for brand management, live marketing, customer relations and marketing material design and development.
Beyond Capital Partners GmbH is an investment fund specializing in investments in German family-owned and medium-sized companies.
