The Paris Private Equity team advised the sellers on the sale of a majority stake in ABF Group, the holding of ABF Décisions, a consultant for SMEs to develop territorial projects supported by public funding for innovation, to Warrant Hub (Tinexta).
The three founding partners - who will retain managerial and management roles in the company - and some managers continue to hold a minority share.
