Vertice is a London-based tech-enabled SaaS and cloud spend management company which is designed to help businesses reduce their annual software and cloud spend by 20-30% as well as streamlining the purchasing process. The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate its pace of product innovation and its worldwide expansion.
83North is a global venture capital firm with over $1B under management. The fund invests across all stages of consumer and enterprise companies and has backed some of the world’s fastest growing category leaders.
Bessemer Venture Partners is a global venture capital firm investing in consumer, enterprise and healthcare growth companies.
