Our Paris Debt Finance Team advised iliad Holding, a holding company controlled by Xavier Niel, in the financing of the acquisition of circa 19.8% of the share capital of Tele2 by iliad Group and NJJ holding from Kinnevik.
This acquisition will be made through Freya Investissement, an investment vehicle co-owned by iliad Group and NJJ Holding and will be financed up to €500 million by iliad Holding and €650 million by NJJ Holding and Freya.
Tele2 is one of the leaders in the Swedish and Baltics telecom markets.
