The Paris Private Equity team advised Jolt Capital, the leading European investor in deeptech growth companies, in relation to Armen’s equity investment in the firm.
This transaction, which is subject to the prior approval of the French Financial Regulator, will allow Armen to acquire an equity stake of up to 32% in Jolt Capital.
