Goodwin’s Technology team advised NeuBird on its $22.5 million in seed financing led by Mayfield and seed extension financings. The seed extension was led by Microsoft's venture fund M12, with Mayfield, StepStone Group, and Prosperity7 Ventures. NeuBird is the creator of Hawkeye, a generative AI-powered ITOps engineer that diagnoses software and infrastructure issues, identifies root causes, recommends solutions, and writes code to resolve problems. The capital will support product development and team growth as the company brings its GenAI-powered enterprise operations platform to market.
