Jamie is Chair of Goodwin’s ERISA Litigation practice, which was recently named Law Firm of the Year in ERISA Litigation by Best Law Firms. He represents financial service providers and plan sponsors across the country in class actions, appeals, regulatory investigations, and arbitrations regarding the discharge of ERISA duties.
Known as a go-to litigator for complex ERISA matters, Jamie represents some of the country’s largest companies such as Natixis Investment Managers, John Hancock Life Insurance, MetLife Group and Walmart in ERISA litigation and a wide range of other ERISA litigation challenging the discharge of fiduciary obligations.
