The Paris Technology team advised Karista and 42Cap on the €10 million Series A Financing of Leanspace, a European software platform for satellite and ground segment operations.
The round was led by Karista and 42Cap funds, and included ISAI Cap Venture, Qwaltec, Caisse d’Epargne, Bpifrance, as well as Arnaud Guérin, co-founder of the military artificial intelligence platform Preligens.
This strategic transaction will enable Leanspace to accelerate its expansion into large-scale, complex, and security-critical space missions, contributing to the digital modernization of the space sector to support industrial and institutional programs in Europe and America.
Founded in 2020, Leanspace supports startups, as well as private and public space operators, across various types of missions (small satellites, constellations, in-orbit services) through flagship products such as C2 IOD, Pass Orchestrator, and Test Data Manager, each dedicated to a key stage of space operations.
