Goodwin has hired a senior private equity trio, including a London head of PE. Partners Anu Balasubramanian, Jamie Holdoway, and Chetan Sheth will be joining the firm’s Private Equity practice in London in a major boost to the firm’s offering. Balasubramanian, who is leaving after over seven years at Paul Hastings, will be joining as chair of the firm’s European private equity practice, working across practices with the M&A, Debt Finance, and Private Investment Funds teams in London, Paris, Munich, Brussels, and Luxembourg. Commenting on the latest hire, chair of Goodwin Anthony McCusker said: “We are delighted Anu, Jamie, and Chetan have chosen to join Goodwin.
