Chetan Sheth

Chetan is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity Group. Chetan focuses on advising financial sponsor clients on a range of matters, including control investments, exits and divestitures, bolt-on transactions, joint ventures, co-investments, reorganisations and management incentivisation arrangements. His experience spans a range of sectors and jurisdictions, including technology, financial services, infrastructure and retail and business services.
