The Paris Technology team advised Gradium on its €60 million Series Seed financing.
The round was led by Eurazeo and FirstMark, with participation from DST Global Partners, Xavier Niel (iliad), Rodolphe Saadé (CMA CGM), Eric Schmidt, as well as Korelya Capital, Amplify Partners and other business angels.
Founded in 2025, Gradium is a spin-off of the nonprofit AI research laboratory, Kyutai. It specializes in voice artificial intelligence and develops next generation audio models designed to enable natural and instantaneous interactions.
The Goodwin team was led by Anne-Charlotte Rivière and Johann Gandilhon on corporate matters.
