Goodwin announced the addition of Olya Kurilovich as a partner in the firm's Private Equity practice and Investment Funds group in New York. Kurilovich advises clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds across private debt, equity, real estate, infrastructure and emerging markets. She also counsels sponsors and investors on strategic transactions, internal arrangements, complex secondaries and fund restructurings. Her appointment follows that of partner Julia Kolovarsky in Goodwin's private investment funds practice in New York this February.
