Olya Kurilovich is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and Investment Funds practice. She focuses her practice on the establishment and operation of private investment funds in various sectors, including private debt, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and emerging markets, as well as related strategic transactions and internal arrangements. She also advises sponsors and investors in connection with complex secondary deals and fund restructurings. In addition, Olya represents institutional investors in negotiating LP-side investments into funds, co-investments and other managed accounts.
Olya has a broad spectrum of legal experience, having previously worked in-house as a counsel to a global investment management firm.
